Ben C. Montgomery, P.E.
Ben C. Montgomery has over 23 years of engineering and construction experience. As a 1983 graduate of Louisiana Tech University, with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. After college, he joined his father in Arkansas designing and building commercial buildings. In 1991 he became Company Engineer for McElroy Metal, Inc and in 1995 was transferred to Winchester as Plant Manager. He founded Commonwealth Design & Build, Inc. in 1997 - specializing in the design and building of commercial buildings.

Montgomery Engineering Group, Inc. was opened in 2001.

Randy A. Stowers, L.S.
Randy A. Stowers has over 19 years of surveying experience in the northern Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. He is a licensed surveyor who has supervised numerous boundary and topographic surveys as well as route surveys for the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Mr. Stowers has managed many construction layout prospects ranging from small residential developments to large commercial developments. He is experienced in the preparation of all types of plats, the establishment of horizontal and vertical control, aerial mapping and the effective use of GPS and robotic survey methods.
